0114-Day Return Right (GEO 34/2014)

In accordance with Romanian law (GEO 34/2014 on consumer rights), you have the legal right to return any textile items purchased within **14 calendar days** of receiving your package, without giving any justification.

• Products (towels, linens, sofa covers, etc.) must be unused and in their original packaging.
• All tags must remain attached and the item must not be washed or worn.
• Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for textiles that show signs of washing or usage.
• Refunds are processed within 14 days of return inspection directly into your specified bank account.

02Easy Product Exchanges

If you wish to change size, color, or model of your towels or covers, you can request an exchange within 14 days. Simply drop us a line on WhatsApp to set up the pick-up and replacement delivery.
