Delivery Zones
- Ilfov: Same day or next business day delivery for most in-stock products.
- Nationwide (Romania): 2-4 business days depending on destination and courier rapid dispatch route (DPD / Fan Courier).
Shipping Charges
- Standard shipping fee is 20 RON for nationwide deliveries.
- We offer free shipping in Bucharest for all products or during active promotional campaigns.
- The final shipping cost will be confirmed via WhatsApp or phone before handing the parcel to the courier.
Order Processing
- Orders are registered and processed Monday to Saturday, between 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM.
- Orders placed outside business hours or on Sundays will be processed on the next business day.
- For high-value orders or incomplete addresses, our team will contact you for a mandatory dispatch confirmation.
