Return Conditions

• 14-day calendar return right under OUG 34/2014
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer (buyer)
• Product must be in its original packaging
• All tags and accessories must remain intact
• Proof of purchase / tax invoice is required
• Products must not show signs of washing or usage
• No physical damage or stains on the fabric
• Unauthorized alterations or modifications void the return
